Hi Justine,
Love your site and all the recipes, at this time, especially instant pot. I was excited to get your free instant pot soup cookbook! But the link takes me to Amazon… 500 instant pot recipes kindle. If you get this comment, could you email it to me? Oh do you have a section/list of vegan recipes, instant pot? Trying to do whole plant based food intake not necessarily strict vegan. Lost 6lbs in a month of about 60-70% plant based the rest typical Standard American Diet. I do not like to cook. So I’m trying to cook with ingredients that one would keep on hand and use the instant pot.
