We really enjoy Lipton Onion Soup Mix as a pantry staple. Works great for tinfoil/hobo dinners, homemade hamburgers, meatballs, and even hamburger stroganoff!

My question – does 1 pound of meat and ten small potatoes provide a full meal for 4 in the meatloaf meal? Or do you guys have to add other things when serving? We have 6 and I feel we would have to double or do 2.5 times for this recipe.
