Can this recipe be doubled? My family and I love it and would love to have more leftovers each time, but I’m not sure it would cook right if I doubled it. Has anyone tried?

Wonderful recipe. I modified as follows and it worked great: used five slices of turkey bacon. Used Neufchatel cheese. Doubled the peas. Added 8oz of frozen chopped broccoli after the last cook cycle.
