Definitely will make this again, so very good! Although next time will use golden and red potatoes only due to the leftover soup, the russets get too mush! Flavor amazing!

Made this soup yesterday with a ham shank. Very delicious creamy soup, I added the carrots and celery too! Definitely will make this again!

Those are musts for us to make it creamy and super cheesy but to each their own.

Do not add the sour cream or the cheddar cheese these were not good options. They do not go with the ham at all.
