Warming up only applies to air crisp which 5 minutes is adequate. When pressure cooking the food is already in there and doesn’t warm up persay as it comes to pressure which takes 10-15 minutes or so.

You have to click on the recipe you’d like, then it will tell you pressure cook or air fry method.
