@Dusty, I should have said ‘pork loin steaks’ for the info I gave, sorry. I’m using a Ninja like Justine’s. I also use it for cooking sour-dough bread loaves with surprising success ; I occasionally add a few raisins and broken walnut kernels which make a pleasant change. Cooking time is typically 25 minutes, and I put a few of spoons of water in the bowl to provide steam. The bread keeps fresh for a week or more if you keep it in a poly-bag in the fridge.

What I don’t get is 55 mins for pork loin (unless something’s different in the UK). I’m using a ‘Meater’ ( which has been amazing in the air fryer) and pork loin was pulled at 6m30s @ 58C, then ‘resting’ and searing 4m on a tava (like a pan), and rising to 73.5C internal. (Prep: avocado oiled, paprika, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and herbs.)
Another time, beaten thin, oiled, dipped in egg, then Panko crumbed, with herbs, turmeric, salt, pepper and a touch of chili powder. This was crispy escallop style and excellent, served with sweet potato + curly kale + broccoli mash, and steamed green beans.
The great thing for me is retaining the notes in the Meater app. I wouldn’t have had a clue about cooking times without it. I believe some air fryers have a meat thermometer built in.
